At Tepee & Hide we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not
completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for store credit.

Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date with no exceptions.
Items must be unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Discounted/sale items are not eligible for return, they are considered FINAL SALE.

Return process:
1.) Initiate a return: Contact our customer service team at Tepeehide@gmail.com to
initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2.) Prepare your package: Securely package the items you wish to return. Include a
copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
3.) Ship your return: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service
team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Store Credit:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a store credit to your account
within 7 business days. Tepee & Hide does not Refund back to your original form of
payment WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT ON RETURNS.
